Day One

Day One 


Day One was the most tiring and longest day for me. We left the airport at around 7 plus in the morning. I did a really embarrassing thing of dropping my luggage and hitting a stranger. His face was like

Oh Well.


When I first set my eyes on the streets of London, I was amazed. The air was fresh, albeit cold. The architecture of the buildings are really different from how buildings were built in Singapore as well. I remember it was 6 degrees that day. Not long later, Lo and Behold! We reached our hotel, THE TAVISTOCK HOTEL! The place that we are going to stay for 2 weeks! I hoped it would be nice and I wasn't disappointed.

They have this amazing bar as well. I wonder if it would be crowded? 

I spotted this spectacular park across the street from our hotel. I want to check it out soon!

We went to Chinatown, which was at a walking distance. For our first dinner there, we had Chinese buffet which was not bad at all.

I am really looking forward to the days that are to come! :D

Day Zero

Day Zero, Before the Flight

Its three more days to the London Trip! It's all everyone's talked about. I am really excited as well. HOWEVER, I have not packed my bag yet! AHHH! And there's so many things to do. I have to go change currency, pack my stuff. 

I have researched on what are the places that are must-go. I have come up with Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, London Eye, London Bridge, Tower of London, and Oxford Street and Marble Arch for shopping! I want to go to those places! I hope the weather would be kind to me because I am not a fan of coldness!

There's the red London buses as well! I want to go on one of those! OH! I want to visit the places that Harry Potter was filmed! King's Cross Station where they filmed the 9 and 3 quarters platform! 

   

Oh, I only know a few of the people that are going with me. I hope to be able to make more friends as well! I hope this trip would be as fun as possible! :D 

From this trip, I hope to be able to learn on how to be more independent, me being far away from home and all. I want to be able to learn more about the British Culture as well!

I am quite the conservative person, so I don't really know what can i write here. I have no idea how to make this blog interesting, so if you're reading, please bear with me.
